You can reach us 7 days a week. We have a number of contact methods available. You can reach us by calling, texting, chatting, or emailing. You can call us at (859) 525-0303.

We are available to our students 7 days a week, day or night.  You can reach us on our website chat feature or by phone. 

Online chat is available Monday – Friday between 9:00am-5:00pm EST.  However, we are always monitoring the chat and you will often receive a response even outside of these hours.

Your username will be your email address. Once you are logged into the course, you can adjust your username under the Profile Settings. 

You can adjust your password and email from your profile on our Learning Management System. You can also reach out to us directly for help with either of these issues.
