This course will cover both Real Estate Auctions and Market Analysis. Auctions are common in the real estate field and function very differently from your everyday real estate transaction. The first part of this course will dive into the various types of auctions and how each one works. The Market Analysis portion of this course is an overview of the real estate industry market as a whole and how an agent can develop a plan in today's climate.
