This course covers the basics of real estate appraisal and federal antitrust laws. The appraisal portion fully describes the appraisal process, how to value a property, factors affecting value, the basic principles of appraisal, and the methods of appraising real estate. The federal antitrust portion of this course delves into antitrust law history, laws in today's real estate world, and the various acts implemented in regard to antitrust.
