This course covers all aspects of property rights and ownership. It begins by describing the various types of ownership and the different types of easements. Advising clients on what items should stay with a property and what is considered personal property can sometimes be difficult, this course will clear up the confusion. The ownership and transfer of water rights and other natural resources will be examined throughout the course as well.
